Advanced Office Systems, Inc.’s free shipping policy on orders over $50

• In stock orders under 70 lbs will be delivered at no extra charge to a ground-floor location on the next business day in most cases.  Delivery date may be within 2-3 days based on the volume of orders.
• Orders less than $50 will incur a $7.95 delivery fee.
• A delivery area surcharge of 15% will be added to items over 70 lbs.
• All furniture orders will be priced on a per order basis.

Advanced Office Systems, Inc.’s price-match guarantee

• If you find a lower price on a new identical item, just show us the lower price when you buy the item and we will match that price
• We will price-match almost everything we sell.  The item must be identical, including model number, components and US warranty.  The item must be in stock and available for purchase at that price from an authorized US reseller.  Advanced Office Systems, Inc. reserves the right to verify authorization.
• We don’t match our store prices to those on other companies’ web sites.  We don’t match our third-party providers’ products and services, items sold on auction sites or at local or special events.  We don’t price-match taxes and typographical errors.
• Delivery charges are included in our price-match guarantee.  When we compare our price to another company’s delivery price, the equivalent delivery charges will be included.  If the other company’s delivery charges are not supplied, we will add $7.95 to the other company’s price.
• We may limit the quantities of the price-match items, particularly if the other company does.  In addition, we reserve the right to limit quantities sold to a customer.

Advanced Office Systems, Inc.’s Next Day Delivery Policy

• Expected delivery times for each item are based on orders placed before 3 p.m. local time, pending on credit approval and product availability.
• Orders placed on weekends, holidays, or after 3 p.m. local time Monday thru Friday (business days) will be processed the following business day.
• Deliveries will be made between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.  Residential deliveries via UPS are made until 7 p.m.

Advanced Office Systems, Inc.’s Order Restrictions

• Promotional code discounts, Instant Coupons and instant order rebates may not be used with other sales, discounts, free offer deals, special order items, coupons or promotions, and are not valid on office machines, computer software and hardware, or on prior purchases or payments.  Coupons are non transferable.  Minimum orders may be required.
• Other limitations and/or exclusions may apply to the promotional code discounts.
• Products are not for resale.
• Premiums are subject to availability.  A substitution of equal or greater value may be made.
• Advanced Office Systems Inc. reserves the right to refuse orders from distributors, dealers, warehouse stores, individuals, or entities outside of the scope of specific offers or promotions, whether made in print or electronically, and when such special offers and promotions are extended by any party other than Advanced Office Systems, Inc.
