Advanced Office Systems, Inc. a regional leader in office technology solutions is seeking candidates for Office Administration.
  •    The core responsibilities will be:
  • Communication with other employees and customers
  • Data entry
  • Print, copy and file customers records as necessary
  • Meeting and exceeding the customers requests to ensure total customer satisfaction
  • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly billings
  • Resolve customer billing issues
  • Placing and tracking service calls
  • Process A/R and A/P


  •    The ideal candidate will possess:
  • Solid computer proficiency
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with both A/R and A/P
  • Experience with Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Dedication to personal growth
